Shipping & Returns


Please make sure you enter your address correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying all reshipping costs associated with their package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

Z stationery company values it’s customers, however, we do not accept returns nor issue refunds. If you receive a defective item, you may exchange it or receive a store credit. You must initiate the process within seven days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us. Situations are treated on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@zstationeryco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If approved for a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to two weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed.
